Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:


Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Refunds will not be completed until items have been returned and inspected.

Customer is responsible for all freight costs in returning products.

Customer must obtain a transport tracking number, Reynolds Equipment pty ltd not liable for loss of return goods and will request proof of delivery.

Warranty:

All parts sold come with a standard 12 month warranty (unless advertised properly). If a part is faulty within the warranty we shall replace, repair, or refund the part at company discretion. 

Parts that have been incorrectly installed, tampered with, as well as any misuse, negligence, accident, or improper maintenance will not be covered under this warranty.
